Alethea Etinoff
Alethea Etinoff is the Founder and CEO of POC Learning Academy LLC. With extensive experience in early childhood education, she has built the academy with a clear focus on delivering high quality care, strong early learning foundations, and structured, developmentally appropriate programming.
Through her leadership, POC Learning Academy operates with a commitment to consistency, accountability, and excellence in early childhood education. Her vision centers on creating an environment where children are supported, families are confident, and high standards are maintained across all areas of care and learning.
Rose Etinoff
Rose Etinoff is a dedicated early childhood professional and full time staff member at POC Learning Academy. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, bringing both academic knowledge and practical experience to her work.
Specializing in the care and development of children from birth through age two, Rose focuses on creating nurturing, responsive environments that support early language development, emotional security, and healthy growth during critical stages of development. Her approach is thoughtful, consistent, and aligned with best practices in early childhood education.
Sarah Etinoff
Sarah Etinoff is an experienced early childhood educator with a background in District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) and Montessori learning environments. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and brings a structured, intentional approach to supporting young learners.
Specializing in working with children with disabilities, Sarah is committed to creating inclusive environments where every child has access to meaningful learning opportunities. At POC Learning Academy, she leads programming for children ages two and up and coordinates educational experiences that extend learning beyond the classroom.
Her work reflects a strong commitment to inclusion, hands on learning, and child centered development, making her an integral part of the POC Learning Academy team.
