Alethea Etinoff

Alethea Etinoff is the Founder and CEO of POC Learning Academy LLC. With years of experience in early childhood education, she has built the academy with a clear focus on providing high quality care, strong early learning foundations, and a supportive environment for children and families.

Alethea is passionate about creating programs that nurture curiosity, confidence, and growth during the most important years of development. Through her leadership, POC Learning Academy continues to serve families with dedication, structure, and a commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Her vision is centered on building a community where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn, while families feel confident that their children are receiving thoughtful and attentive care.

Rose Etinoff

Rose Etinoff is a dedicated early childhood professional and full time staff member at POC Learning Academy. She will soon graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, bringing both academic knowledge and practical experience to her work with young children.

Specializing in the care and development of children from birth through age two, Rose focuses on creating nurturing environments that support early language development, emotional security, and healthy growth during the most critical stages of life.

Her thoughtful approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to early childhood education make her a valued member of the POC Learning Academy team.

Sarah Etinoff

Sarah is an experienced early childhood educator who joins POC Learning Academy with a background in the District of Columbia Public Schools and Montessori learning environments. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and brings a thoughtful, structured approach to supporting young learners.

Specializing in working with children with disabilities, Sarah is committed to creating inclusive classrooms where every child has the opportunity to grow, learn, and feel supported. At POC Learning Academy, she leads the program for children ages two and up while also serving as the academy’s field trip coordinator, helping to create meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom.

Her dedication to inclusive education, hands on learning, and child centered development makes her a valued member of the POC Learning Academy team.
